Ever wondered what a CFO could add to your team, or when you should start thinking about hiring a CFO?
Bay Area leader in business finance, Hank Sprintz, will be joining our Bay Area Mastermind meeting on December 12th, 2017 and delving into hiring your first CFO.
For starters, do you even need a CFO? When and why?
When you are ready to hire, do you hire an interim CFO, part-time CFO, outsourced CFO, or full-time CFO?
Hank will cover this and more in an interactive workshop with us, leveraging and sharing his decades of experience as a CFO for Silicon Valley companies.
Hank’s finance and operations experience span the rise and development of computer hardware and software, with a special focus on manufacturing that has helped him build a number of companies for successful acquisition or IPO, including Interro Systems, Viewgraphics, OSI, and Wafergen.
In this interactive hands on workshop, Hank will give us the basics of understanding the role and possibilities of a CFO for small businesses, including:
- How your numbers relate to what’s really happening in your business so you can make the best decisions.
- Understanding cash and it’s life-sustaining relationship to your business so you can tell when it’s time to invest and when it’s time to borrow.
- Define the leverage points in your business model so you can drive growth by investing resources in the right areas at the right times.
