Imagine if you had the opportunity to connect with local Bay Area businesses, learn how they operate both online and offline, and have a chance to complete project based work with various business owners. And, in addition to all of the great and diverse experience, you could get paid, too!
The Bay Area Mastermind has created a Intern Rotation Program that allows budding entrepreneurs at local schools to rotate through the Bay Area Mastermind and it’s members’ businesses gaining experience, connections, and skills along the way.
Why do industry leaders in corporate development like GE and Intuit have Rotational Development Programs?
Rotational Programs allow individuals to get a wide range of experience outside of just one core job skill. Participants gain a whole new perspective on companies and how they operate.
Bay Area Mastermind Members
The Bay Area Mastermind is comprised of Silicon Valley based business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs. On average, our members have been running their own business for 16 years, have 7 team members and are tracking just under $1 million in annual revenue. Almost all members sell products online, and about half of our members have physical offices, storefronts, or shops.
Members meet monthly for a mastermind day of working ON their business (as opposed to IN their business) and share what’s currently working, what’s not, and where they need help.

Our interns gain real world business experience right here in local Bay Area businesses. By rotating through various businesses, you’ll get out of the classroom and into growing local businesses.
Beyond just learning new skills from mentors, you’ll also be applying your existing, growing, and new found skills on specific projects within each business.
