Jake is the Chief Operating Officer of The Flying Locksmiths of San Jose, an established locksmithing company specializing in access control and locksmithing services for corporate businesses.
Currently, his team consists of 5 people, and Jake has been systemizing their hiring and training processes and successfully recruiting labor from outside their industry.
Beyond overseeing operations and growth, Jake has also dealt with customer relations, business development, NSP work, and workforce management.
In his first year in the role, Jake operationalized the business, doubled revenues, and moved from offering same day service to scheduling work two months out.
