Leading up to your scheduled day, you’ll work with your coach in establishing your goals for what you want “done done.”
Together you’ll come up with a realistic plan for the day to help you turn your ideas into a plan and then execute the plan.
What kinds of projects can get done during an Implementation Day?
You and your coach can accomplish a ton together. It all comes down to where what’s going to move your business forward the most overlaps with where you’re getting stuck.
Common categories include:
- Operations, like creating the org chart and systems for your business
- Technical, like setting up your CRM, website, membership sites, landing pages, funnels, or automations
- Marketing, like creating your marketing calendar, marketing plan, or tracking

If you’re interested in booking an Implementation Day, you’ll schedule a call to discuss the scope of what you’re looking to get done and define “Success” together.
If it looks like a good fit, you’ll select a day with your implementer and then complete payment.
Next you’ll finalize the plan together and get a punch of list of what’s needed before your Implementation Day.

The investment in an implementation day is typically $8,997, paid at the time of booking. If needed, this can be split into two equal payments, payable before your scheduled day.
It’s best to get “off site” for the day to focus on the business without the distractions of your usual office. We’ll meet at a private club in downtown San Jose, CA where we have a good working area, wait staff, executive chef, meals, wifi, coffee, and all the creature comforts you need to stay focused on Getting Stuff Done.
