Adam Liette’s journey began in the mountains of Afghanistan, where he served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.
During his eight years in Special Operations, he deployed to combat and non-combat zones worldwide, honing his skills in managing remote operations and leading diverse groups.
In 2017, Adam transitioned from active duty and joined Musical U, an online music education company based in the UK. As the fourth hire on the team, he was instrumental in the company’s growth and the development of systems that enabled effective collaboration. He rose to the position of Director of Operations, leading a team of nearly 20 people and contributing to significant revenue increases.
One of Adam’s key contributions at Musical U was the creation of an operating system that allowed the CEO and himself to move away from day-to-day operations. This system became the foundation of the Smooth Operations System, which he established as the company’s founder and director. The Smooth Operations System helps online business owners transition from day-to-day tasks to a leadership role, empowering them to focus on creative and revenue-generating activities.
